Half day workshop on BLS organized by Skill lab KBNU FOMS in association with IAP Kalaburagi. It was commenced one and half month back as registered postgraduates were given manual of BLS as study material. The main day was on 28th April 2024 which started at 8:30am with allotment of batches as A and B.
Totally 40 registered candidates were there but 2 of them didn’t attend the course due to personal issues. Batch A and Batch B was done among them again two membered team was done.
Batch A, first attended Adult BLS science video Demo, hands on training and usage of AED on mannequins.
Batch B, infant BLS mechanisms with and son training and technique. Science of Foreign Body Choking explained and how to act was explained with video demo and hands on training.
Inauguration was done which was attended by all dignitaries.
Post lunch test was conducted with MCQ based. The course was also attended by faculty members of department of pediatrics. The core team consists of Faculties from Bagalkote, Bijapur, and Gulbarga.
