Next–Generation Medical Teaching: Leveraging Simulators and Learning Management System

‘Next–Generation Medical Teaching: Leveraging Simulators and Learning Management System’ workshop was organised by Skill Lab, Faculty of Medical Sciences, KBN University in association with Elevate Healthcare, one of the global manufactures and trainers of Medical Simulators on 6th November 2024, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Dr. Sanket Patil, Head, Simulation and Skill Centre, DY Patil Medical College, Kolhapur and Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator, Society for Simulation in Healthcare, USA, was the Resource Faculty for the workshop. 20 Clinical Teaching Faculty and Co-ordinators of Skill Lab, participated in the workshop and had Hands on Training on High Fidelity Adult Simulator, Virtual Reality Surgical Simulator and Ultrasound Simulation. An overview of the Simulation Technology in Medical Education was also given to the Dignitaries, Co-ordinators and HODs of Faculty of Medical Sciences after the inauguration ceremony. The workshop was concluded with the certificate distribution to the participants and Vote of Thanks.
