The Education Plus career counselling 2024 was organized by The Hindu group on 19-05-2024 at Poojya Doddappa Appa Saba Bhavan, Sharnbasava University, Kalaburagi.
The following faculty members represented the Khaja Bandanawaz University at the event.

2. Dr. Tilak Gasti, Assistant Professor, Department of Chemistry.
3. Mr. Mahiboob Koralli, Assistant Professor, Department of Education.
4. Mr. Zameer Ahmed, Assistant Professor, Department of Electronics and Communications.
5. Mr. Manjunath M, Assistant Professor, Department of Civil Engineering,
The event was inaugurated by Ms. Fouzia Taranum, Deputy Commissioner of Kalaburagi and Mr. Akshay M. Superintendent of Police, Kalaburagi and other eminent resource persons.
In the inaugural speech Ms. Fouzia Taranum, Deputy Commissioner of Kalaburagi spoke on career opportunities in civil services. Mr. Akshay encouraged students about strengthening the basics and conceptual studies. Ms. Bindumani, IPS spoke about time management and focus towards achieving goal.
The faculties from Khaja Bandanawaz University counselled students from different streams regarding the courses available and significance of Khaja Bandanawaz University and distributed University Caps and Pens to the students. There are around 400 students from the different stream were present for the event. Around 40 universities from various parts of the state participated in the event.
