Two Days National Conference on Well-Being and Mental Health: Technological Advancements, Challenges and the Future

With a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, everything from food to travel within the campus was well-arranged by the committee members.


The National Conference commenced on 21 March 2025 at 10:00 am, in the Nalanda Lecture Hall at IIT Bhilai.


As the inaugural session progressed, Dr Anubhav Pradhan, Dr Rajkumar Eslavath, Prof. Rajiv Prakash and Chief Guest Prof. Meena Hariharan addressed the gathering. The guests also revealed the “Book of abstracts” of the scientific session during the event.


After a tea break, Prof. Meena Hariharan gave a keynote session.


After lunch, the three parallel scientific sessions were initiated, among which Mr. Hareesh. P. V., Student Welfare Counselor at KBNU, presented two research papers.


By the end of Day 1, a lot of new views and perspectives in psychology had been exposed to everyone and the social networking was enhanced.


Dr Nitin Anand’s keynote session happened on Day 2, after the session of Prof. Kamlesh Singh.


After lunch, the three parallel scientific sessions were initiated, bringing new ideas and concepts that advance psychology in the modern era.


During the valedictory function, the best paper awards and presentation certificates were distributed.


Mr. Hareesh. P. V. received the Best Paper Award from Dr Nitin Anandunder the theme Technological Advances and Health-Care Management, for his research titled “Integrating Technology into Mental Health Care: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis of Digital Interventions for War-Affected Populations”.


The award consisted of a certificate and a cash prize of 1000 INR.


With the sharing of conference experience by the participants and guests, the event was officially concluded.
