On August 31st, 2024, a highly successful Workshop on Professional Development was conducted at the Anatomy Lecture Hall, Faculty of Medical Sciences, under the aegis of the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Sciences, KBNU.
The event featured distinguished chief guest, Professor Romate John, from the Department of Psychology, School of Social and Behavioural Sciences, Central University of Karnataka, Kadaganchi.

The workshop was facilitated by a total number of 55 student trainees from the Department of Psychology, Central University of Karnataka, Kadaganchi.
The workshop aimed to enhance participants' skills in leadership, improve group management, develop effective communication strategies, develop personal skills for presentations, career planning and professional etiquette.
The workshop saw active participation from attendees. Interactive elements such as discussions, roleplays, group work and refresher activities helped in maintaining high levels of engagement.
The workshop successfully met its objectives, with positive feedback indicating that
participants gained valuable insights and skills.
